DECEMBER RAKU FOR ADVANCED POTTERS
INSTRUCTOR: KRIS SAXTON

Looking for a unique, hands-on experience this December? Join Kris for a two-week pottery class focused on the exciting art of raku pottery.

Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings over two weeks. This class is designed for potters who already have wheel-throwing experience. During the first week, we'll focus on throwing and trimming pots specifically suited for raku firing.

In the second week, we'll explore raku glazing and firing, using this dramatic, fast-paced process to create beautiful, unpredictable finishes on your work.

**Best of all, you'll have your finished pottery to take home in time for the Holidays!**

MATERIALS
Bring you favorite tools. Clay is included with a $30 fee payable to the instructor on the first day of class. Firing/glazing costs $5 per piece.
