Join us for a traditional chair yoga class with some dance moves mixed in to promote good posture, a strong core, and improved balance in a fun and mindful atmosphere.
MATERIALS
Cool and comfortable clothing suitable for movement and appropriate footwear for movement and easy dance.
Do you have any special needs or setup (electricity, etc.)?: Just chairs and access to a music system if possible.
