Join us for a traditional chair yoga class with some dance moves mixed in to promote good posture, a strong core, and improved balance in a fun and mindful atmosphere.
MATERIALS
Cool and comfortable clothing suitable for movement and appropriate footwear for movement and easy dance.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Brian Kleiner has been teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices since 2001 helping students cultivate greater presence, well-being, and self awareness. He previously served as the Co-Director of Manitou Yoga School, where he trained and mentored aspiring Yoga teachers before deciding that they would be better off living and training in a traditional ashram rather than his Westernized school.
In addition to his work in contemplative practices, Brian leads engaging and playful workshops in theatrical improvisation, poetry, and dance, creating inspiring spaces for creativity, connection, and authentic personal expression. His teaching style blends simple wisdom, humor, and the invitation for the participants to move beyond their preconceptions of self and to discover, without attachment, their genuine expression of the moment.
