BEADED TEARDROPS
BEADED TEARDROP EARRINGS
INSTRUCTOR: REBECCA JONES
Recommended for ages 14 and up
This is a great class for beginners! We will be making teardrop-shaped earrings using the stringing method. (If you don’t wear earrings don’t worry—you can make a bracelet or pendant instead.) You will learn to string beads using your own design with a variety of different beads. Beading is a fun and relaxing social activity—encourage a friend to sign up too! Once you learn the basic techniques you will be able to use the same skills to create your own jewelry at home.
This class is also available as a private party—call Annie for details: 719.520.1899!

It all started with tiny seed beads and discarded scraps of telephone wire. As a child, I spent every hard-earned allowance on beads. Making jewelry is an addiction for me. If I am not making it, I am thinking about making it.
Being the first female to take metal shop at my school made me fall in love with the forming of metal through fire and hammering, filing, and sanding.
I have the good fortune to be a Colorado native, and to be a part of the wonderful Cottonwood Community!
