DIGITAL INTAKE FORM
THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST IN SUBMITTING WORK FOR COTTONWOOD’S METAMORPHOSIS SHOW. HERE’S WHAT TO DO NEXT:
This call is different from any other we’ve done at Cottonwood and will follow a different procedure.
Please read the following directions carefully:
Local entrants are required to submit two pieces on or before February 26, 5:00 p.m. Intake is digital and will require the artist to email four images: two per piece, one of the front and one of the back for 2D pieces, or two different views of 3D pieces. This will give our juror an idea of the artwork’s content and if it has proper hanging hardware. Review our presentation and display guidelines here. IF YOUR PIECE REQUIRES SHIPPING, complete your submission by February 19 and make sure you check that box in the form below so we can pre-jury it in time.
Each image should be a jpeg with a resolution of 300+ dpi. Each jpeg file name should contain the artist’s last name and the title of the piece (i.e. Pieper-Untitled-No.1.jpg). Email your jpegs to classes@cottonwoodcenterforthearts.com, and include the title, medium, and price for each piece in the email message.
Entrants will be notified of the jury decisions on March 1. The exhibit opens March 4, 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Artwork pick up date is March 29, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
