BEAUTIFUL creative space in downtown Colorado Springs

Cottonwood Center for the Arts contains 71 working studio spaces in a wide array of sizes. Studio rental at Cottonwood means more than having a place to work, it means inclusion in a vibrant arts community of over 120 creatives inside our building, an invitation to participate in First Friday events, and endless opportunities to engage with your creative peers both inside the building and in the community at large.

Here at Cottonwood we welcome artists of any genre. Studio space is not rented out on a “first-come-first-served” basis, rather we match creatives to each studio that comes available on a case by case basis.

Prior to renting out studio space, we ask that you come in, speak with us in person, and fill out a studio waitlist form.

Studios are work-only spaces. We do not provide living/residential space at Cottonwood.
