This hands-on clay class will give kids the chance to work constructively. Students will have the opportunity to explore their own imagination with clay. Kids will be working with pinch pots, slabs, slab construction, and coil building. All pieces will be glazed on-site and fired and will be presented for pick up within two weeks of the class finish.

This multi-media class, for 8-12-year-olds of all ability levels, will focus on drawing and painting techniques. Students will push their artistic skills to the next level while enjoying a fun environment.
Students will draw and paint a variety of subjects including people, animals, still life and imaginary characters using various techniques and media. Students will learn a selection of drawing techniques (graphite, ink, colored pencil, and chalk) and paint in watercolor, oil pastel, and acrylic on canvas. Emphasis will be placed on developing artistic skills at an individual level while making friends.

Looking for a way to jump start your guitar playing? In this fun weeklong workshop students will learn all the basics to get started playing basic chords, strumming and picking, how to tune a guitar, skill fundamentals, tips and tricks, along with practical steps that will have kids playing in no time!

In the five days we will do two days of painting with glass powders and crushed glass to create dimensional fused glass paintings. One day painting with glassline paint on glass for a 2D fused glass painting. And two days glass mosaic; a flat piece and a 3D piece. Pieces will be fired on-site and ready for pick up within two weeks of class end date.
