WATERCOLOR TECHNIQUE + COLOR THEORY, LEVEL 300
INSTRUCTOR: JANA BUSSANICH
ADVANCED LEVEL ADULT CLASS: INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL REQUIRED
Prerequisite: Level 300 classes are for those who have completed a minimum of 8 four-week sessions in the last 12 months with Jana Bussanish in the Watercolor Technique & Color Theory Level 100 class and/or 200 classes combined.
Course work includes continued practice in watercolor technique and advanced color theory working with a limited palette with continued development of basic drawing skills, composition and methods of transfer (grid drawings, use of graphite paper, etc.). This class is well suited for those who like to practice and paint independently between classes. Instructor Jana Bussanich has also designed a circular book to serve as a reference for the visual notes that you'll record during class. Those who complete 12 consecutive weeks of class will have the opportunity to turn their pages into a colorful circular book to be used for reference in painting future watercolors. Students label techniques, add notes, inspirational quotes and sketches to complete their book. *$10 additional materials fee applies to book-binding and is payable when you attend a book-binding class.
*NOTE: There is one Saturday class during the March and April sessions. If you have questions, talk with the instructor during the first week of the session.
All materials provided with a $20 materials fee payable to instructor on the first day of class.
