WATERCOLOR TECHNIQUE + COLOR THEORY, LEVEL 200
INSTRUCTOR: JANA L. BUSSANICH
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL ADULT CLASS: INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL REQUIRED
Prerequisite: Level 200 classes are for those who have completed a minimum of 12 sessions in the Watercolor Technique & Color Theory Level 100 class after instructor approval.
Students in the Level 200 class will continue to practice and master watercolor technique and advanced color theory while working with a limited watercolor palette. Course work also includes an introduction to basic drawing skills and methods of transfer (grid drawings, use of graphite paper, etc.) along with how evaluate and choose paints to meet your painting goals. For the best Level 200 experience, Instructor Jana Bussanich recommends 8 four-week sessions during any 12-month period. Weekly classes run month-to-month, January-May and September-November, with various workshops to keep you moving forward in June, July and August. Classes fill quickly. To guarantee your spot, sign up for one, two or three 4-week sessions (or more) at a time.
Instructor Jana L. Bussanich has also designed a circular book to serve as a reference for the visual notes that you'll record during class. Those who complete 12 consecutive weeks of class will have the opportunity to turn their pages into a colorful circular book to be used for reference in painting future watercolors. Students label techniques, add notes, inspirational quotes and sketches to complete their book. *$10 additional materials fee applies to book binding and is payable when you attend a book binding class.
All materials provided with a $20 materials fee payable to instructor on the first day of class.
