Artist Biography
Lena spent her youth in the paradise of South Texas, where she exhibited a flair for all things artistic early in childhood and has carried her love of form and color with her through the years. Olson is an elected member of the National Sculpture Society. Her figurative work has earned National awards, including the Anna Hyatt Huntington Medal Award 2009 and International recognition with the Certificate of Excellence awarded by The Portrait Society of America/International Competition 2008.
