ABOUT ADRIENNE PETTERSON
As an artist, Adrienne Petterson doesn’t pigeonhole herself, but rather describes herself as an expressionist, whatever that means! She is self-taught and enjoys trying new ideas, whether acrylic or watercolor paints, even mixed media. Fellow artist on show, Terry Birkenfeld, introduced Adrienne to just having fun with paint a few years ago, and she ran with that concept. Her work often depicts her African roots.
Adrienne doesn’t usually title her work, preferring the new owners to name their new acquisitions, mainly because different people see different things in her work. She is also a nature photographer and a published author.

ABOUT TERRY BIRKENFELD
No more waste has been my belief for many years, but was intensified when I watched the documentary "Wasteland" which was filmed in Brazil in a trash/recycle dump. We in the U.S. are blessed beyond belief with a rich material life that can can easily be called wasteful. I, for one, intend to use in a new way and re-make "junk" all I can. Therefore, the title of my show is NO MORE WASTE.
All my work was created from throw-aways.

Most items are reversible, so please check both sides.
