Sculpting a Self Portrait (1/2 Size) from Photographs - Lena Olson

Time: Wednesdays, 6 - 9 p.m.
Cost: $190 ($165 members)
Class will be held in Olson's Studio 236. Using water based clay, students will learn to sculpt the human head using Rodin's profile method as well as discussion of the major forms of underlying anatomy of the head and neck. The class will begin with the critical techniques of taking accurate working photographs of the subject and measurements to work by. We will be working 1/2 size in scale. Beginner to intermediate level.
